  • If we need to reschedule or cancel, we will provide as much notice as reasonably possible.

  • You must ensure that we have access to the premises at the agreed time.

     

  • All fragile or valuable items should be stored safely out of the way before the service begins.

     

  • If access is not possible at the agreed time, a call-out fee may be charged.

     

6. Our Guarantee

We aim to provide services to the highest standard. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of the service, and we will return to rectify any reasonable issues free of charge.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • While we take every care in delivering our services, we shall not be held liable for:

     

    • Any pre-existing damage or wear and tear

       

    • Loss of income, business, or data arising from the use of our website or services

       

    • Delays or failure to perform our obligations due to events outside our control
